1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the LuxeLeaf Nursery website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Living products vary
Our products are living plants. Size, leaf count, colour and shape may vary naturally from listing photographs. This natural variation does not constitute a defect.
5. Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Availability is confirmed only once an order is placed successfully.
6. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
7. Payment terms
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, or via Cash on Delivery where available. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.
8. Shipping & risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for timelines and charges, and our Returns & Refunds policy for our transit-damage guarantee.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, scraping content, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to LuxeLeaf Nursery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeLeaf Nursery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LuxeLeaf Nursery against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
