Yes. COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000, with a handling fee of ₹49 added at checkout.

You can cancel or edit an order within a few hours of placing it, before it's packed for shipment. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible with your order number.

Yes, seasonal offers and coupon codes are applied at checkout. Follow our Instagram or check the banner at the top of the site for current promotions.

Yes, a GST invoice is emailed to you once your order is confirmed, and is also available from your account's order history.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders reach metro cities in 3-5 business days and other locations in 5-7 business days after dispatch. Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24 hours of confirmation.

Yes, orders above ₹999 ship free. Orders below that are charged a flat ₹79 shipping fee.

Do you deliver across all of India?

We deliver to most pin codes across India. A few remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners — you'll see this at checkout if that's the case.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track any order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number and email.

Why does my plant look different from the photo?

Plants are living things — natural variation in size, leaf pattern and pot may occur between the photo and the plant you receive, but health and quality are never compromised.

My plant looks stressed after unboxing — is that normal?

Some drooping or minor leaf drop after a multi-day journey is normal transit stress. Water lightly, place in indirect light, and most plants recover within 5-7 days.

How often should I water my new plant?

It depends on the species — check the care card that ships with your order. As a general rule, water only when the top inch of soil feels dry.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We offer a free replacement for plants damaged in transit, provided you raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or a video. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.

Can I return a plant if I simply change my mind?

Because plants are perishable, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. We can only replace or refund plants that arrive damaged or dead on arrival.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Are pots, planters and accessories returnable?

Accepted Answer

Unused pots and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Living plants themselves are non-returnable except under our damage guarantee.

No, you can check out as a guest and track your order using your order number and email. Creating an account lets you save addresses, view order history and build a wishlist.
